- Goods not fully paid for still remain this company's properties.
- There is no warranty for any items if customer can't provide any invoice. There is a $25.00 handling charge if customer asks for invoice search. It is customer's responsibility to keep all invoices.
- All sales are FINAL. NO CASH REFUNDS. Exchange only on defective products and must be made with 7-calender days from the date of purchase and accompanied with original invoices and packaging. All products should either with serial number matching with the invoice or bearing warranty labels. Broken warranty seals on goods void all warranties and no exchange can be made. Please report all shipping discrepancy within 24-hours from the purchase. No exchange for shipping discrepancy after that period.
- Warranty is voided for goods suffered from physical or electrical damages. Products damaged by faulty or improper power source are not covered by warranty.
- The company is neither liable nor responsible for software bugs, data loss, viruses, compatibility problems, fire, body injury, illness and time loss without services and products. We try our best to help our customers. Unexpected difficulties and damages do arise from different versions of software and hardware components.
- For returned NSF cheque, customer must pay $25.00 to the company as handling fee in addition to the due amount.
- Customers can install addition devices if wanted. As long as there is no physical or electrical damage(s), warranty is still valid. If device(s) is uninstalled from the system, in-store warranty will be voided (warranty must be claim thru respected manufacturer)
- Monitors, printers, and scanners are subject to manufacturer warranty. Customers must approach appropriate manufacturer by themselves. Due to technological constraint, LCD monitors are subject to "dead pixels" warranty. Manufacturers' acceptable allowance "dead pixel" is up to eight (8) pixels for 15", ten (10) pixels for 17", twelve (12) pixels for 19". If monitor falls within the acceptable allowance, NO EXHANGE can be made.
- Goods ordered must be picked up within 15-days from the date of placing the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled and the deposit paid will be forfeited as compensation for labour and stock handling.
